Hunterleigh was established in 1980. "Jack", was our first, and what a great ambassador 
of the breed he was. Over the years we imported several Labradors from England.  
From them, we bred champions and special companions.  
We had a fun boy in "Watson", Can/Am. Ch. Lobuff Hunterleigh Hunter from Lisa Weiss 
and some lovely Labradors from Carol Heidl of Tabatha kennels.

         Our home is located in the Lanark Highlands on twenty-six acres, 
with the Clyde river running through the property.  
Many carefree hours are spent just playing, swimming, 
and of course, doing what Labs love to do, retrieving! 
We enjoy showing in conformation, primarily at specialties, near and far. 
Labradors are definately our lifestyle!
